Caritas Denmark is part of the International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI), which is a voluntary, international initiative to create transparency about the use of development funds and relief.
International and national donors, receiving governments, and civil society organisations worldwide publishes quarterly in a shared online registry their budgets, expenditures, and transfers.
Their planned and actual results are published annually. This allows anyone to track the funding from donor to target group and enables an insight into how funds are spent, what purpose they serve, and – not least – the extent to which the aim is achieved.
Caritas Denmark has a the first development and humanitarian organisation in Denmark published all international projects from 2017.
