Hvis du ønsker at modtage julehjælp, er der to kriterier, der skal imødekommes:
Julehjælpen er tiltænkt familier, der er økonomisk udfordrede samt ikke modtager anden julehjælp. For modtagere, der lever op til de stillede kriterier, er processen at den enkelte modtager selv bestiller julehjælp via
Der åbnes for bestilling den 4. dec. kl. 12 – så der er lige adgang og det er efter princippet om først til mølle.
Julehjælp udgøres af et gavekort til en supermarkedskæde, sådan at modtagere kan anvende det efter behov.
Der deles julehjælp ud i Aarhus den 10. dec., i Esbjerg den 18. dec., i Sønderborg den 16. dec. og i København den 16. dec. På Færøerne og i Grønland er uddeling ligeledes den 16. dec.
Bestil endelig kun julehjælp, hvis du har mulighed for at møde op og afhente den angivne dato, og vær opmærksom på, at der kun kan afhentes en bestilling pr. familie. Skulle du alligevel blive forhindret, så annuller din bestilling hurtigst muligt, så en anden kan få glæde af muligheden.
Oplysninger om adresse og tidspunkt vil fremgå af bekræftelses-mail, og denne bedes medbragt til afhentning af julehjælp.

Dernæst vælges dato i kalender-feltet, der er kun en tilgængelig dato pr. uddelingssted – men flere tilgængelige tidspunkter samme dato. Dernæst bekræftes bookingen samt udfyldes kontaktinformation.
Du modtager dernæst en bekræftelse via den e-mailadresse, du har oplyst i bookingformularen. Ønsker du at annullere din booking, send gerne en mail til caritas@caritas.dk
If you wish to receive Christmas aid, there are two criteria that must be met:
Christmas aid is intended for families who are financially vulnarable and do not receive other types of Christmas aid. For recipients who meet the set criteria, the process is for the individual recipient to order Christmas help themselves.
The booking system is open on December 4th at 12 – so there is equal access and it is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Christmas aid consists of a gift certificate for a supermarket, so that recipients can use it as needed.
Christmas aid is distributed in Aarhus on December 10th, in Esbjerg on December 18th, in Sønderborg on December 16th. and in Copenhagen on December 16th. In the Faroe Islands and in Greenland, distribution is also on December 16th.
Finally, only order Christmas aid if you are able to come and collect it on the specified date, and be aware that only one order can be collected per family. Should you be unable to collect, cancel your order as soon as possible so that someone else can benefit from the opportunity.
Information about the address and time will be stated in the confirmation email, and please bring this with you to pick up the Christmas aid.
Christmas aid distribution in the Faroe Islands cannot be booked through the system, for that specific distribution point – send an e-mail to caritas@caritas.dk for further information on application.

Next, select a date in the calendar field, there is only one available date per distribution point – but several available times on the same date. Next, confirm the booking and contact information should be filled in.
You will then receive a confirmation via the e-mail address you provided in the booking form. If you wish to cancel your booking, please send an email to caritas@caritas.dk
